Das Paradies -altiranisch: pairi-daēza- ist erst einmal nur ein umgrenzter Bereich. Der Körper ist ein umgrenzender Bereich, innen ein Garten. Bei dieser Studie geht es um die regenerierende Expansion Natur. Der Utopische Realismus -Utopos- Nicht Ort, Realis -wirklich- der wirkliche Nicht-Ort Paradies steht vor dem endgültigen Verfall. Stephanie Bothor will diesen Ort wieder lebendig werden lassen, dafür besetzte Bothor ihn. Währenddessen hatte Bothor keinerlei Informationen über die Welt jenseits des Paradieses. Ein Ästhetischer Versuch in 12 Schritten: sammelnd• wandelnd• Zeiträume bauend• sich verinselnd• passieren lassend, passierend• synästhetisierend• schweigend• verkörpernd• einen blauen Garten pflanzend• die Paradieserzählung noch mal ganz von vorne aufrollend • kultivierend• Wildnis werdend• sich auflöstend.

I, Stephanie Bothor, intend to squatter Paradise for 364 days and not to leave it during this time period. It's on an island in the midst of Berlin. A small piece of land 464m2 in size. During the time of the occupation I am world off-line. Meaning:
no processed food
no social media
no outside information
I will receive limited visitors - family/friends - who agree not to tell me what is happening in the world.
SQUATTING PARADISE
Squatting of paradise. Paradise -altiran: pairi-daēza- is first of all a defined region. The body is a defined space, inside a garden. This study is about the Regenerating Expansion Nature. Utopian Realism - Utopos- Not Place. realis -real - the real non-place is on the brink of final decay. Bothor wants to make this place habitable again and for this she occupies it. It is an aesthetic experiment. She strays in twelve steps through paradise: collecting - changing - building time spaces - being an island - letting go, passing through- synaesthetizing - is silent - embodies herself - planting a blue garden - rolling up the paradise story straight from the beginning - cultivates- Becomes wilderness - and dissolves.
