Paradis Sauvage The Meta-Game basiert auf den Emotionen, Intellekten und Verkörperungen von 136 Menschen, deren Gemeinsamkeit das ausdrücken von Leidenschaft für eine Post Toxische Welt ist. Nach der Produktion des Spiels, hat es für 5 Jahre geruht, damit es reifen konnte, wie guter Wein. In dieser Zeit ist Wissen von Pflanzen, Tieren, Pilzen, Bakterien, Viren und allem was sonst noch lebt hinzugekommen. Jetzt ist es an der Zeit damit zu spielen.
Paradis Sauvage The Meta-Game is based on the emotions, intellects and embodiments of 136 people whose commonality is the expression of passion for a post toxic-world. After the production of the game, it has rested for 6 years, allowing it to ripen, like good wine. In that time, knowledge of plants, animals, fungi, bacteria, viruses and everything else that lives has been added.
Now it is time to play with it.

Tarot is a card game. The cards are a set of small works with philosophical intentions. Narratives are created by placing the images next to each other. Narratives can be realised aka embodied. Embodied Tarot.
The deconstruction of outdated systems, a restructuring of the world. Down the rabbit holes of our subconscious, Alice says hello.

In order to be able to convey embodiment through images, I have teamed up with the touch and movement luminary Marie-Sophie Kiepe and developed a tarot body concept.
The Unforeseen Lady aka High Priestess, Stellis Minor -The Star and The Alchemist - Formely Known As Temperance are three characters of the deck that give an all-round perspective on what it means to be a body. Each of the cards has been assigned an organ.

a brief explanation of the history of tarot.

A narrative of what the three chosen cards stand for individually and in combination.
DAY 2
Connecting with the senses -such as for instance sound- of the Selected Characters.
Touching certain points of our bodies so that the organs located there, are activated and thus also the powers of the figures that are connected to these organs.
Taking up positions, reenacting the cards, getting into their movements.
Enter into a meditative dialogue with one of the three figures and perhaps take something found back with you.
Another way of reading the cards. A collective one. We want to provide a playful portfolio that can be used whenever we allow the unplanned to happen. When we no longer look at ourselves separately, but in the context of everything around us.

We are Stephanie Bothor and Marie-Sophie Kiepe and our love of research and getting to the bottom of things brought us together. This class has been designed to show you another way of working with the cards. Firstly, a full-bodied one, all senses activating. And secondly, that through the Tarot you can place yourself in context with everything that surrounds you.
Step by step we will provide material for you to experiment with, read about and use after the course.

We meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm (Berlin time) for a 1 1/2 hour live session. The first session will be a bit more theoretical, the second more hands on. Both will involve storytelling and touch - the merging of Marie-Sophie and me Stephanie.
What do I need to bring?
On the first day, you don't need to bring anything with you. Put pen and paper aside and just listen. On the second day of the class it would be good if you had some oil, a towel and a comfortable chair.

Ein Einführungstag in die Welt des Paradis Sauvage The Meta Game und Embodied Tarot

Wir treffen uns Samstag den 2 Juli um 5 vor 12 Uhr an einem Ort, den ihr, wenn ihr euch eingeschrieben habt, zugeschickt bekommt. Performativ, spielerisch werden wir uns mit der Praxis und der Theorie sowie mit den Grundstrukturen des Embodied Tarot befassen. Nach circa 4 Stunden ist der arbeitende Teil vorbei und es heisst, sich zu entspannen. Um 18.00 werdet ihr wieder in das Hier und Jetzt zurückgebracht.

Stephanie ist eine künstlerische Forscherin mit Sitz in Berlin. Sie ist die Gründerin des Paradis Sauvage Institute for Embodied Research (2020). Dort erforscht sie den Menschen zwischen Realität und Imagination. Sie nutzt Symbole, Archetypen, Zeichen, Mythen, Metaphern, Sprache und Körper für ihre Recherche.
Stephanie beschreibt ihre Arbeit als ein Schlüpfen zwischen die Linien, wo das Feinporige liegt, um das vermeintlich Selbstverständliche zu dekonstruieren.
Sie studierte Schauspiel in Berlin und arbeitete 20 Jahre lang in den Bereichen Film und Fernsehen um sich dann danach nur noch auf ihre Forschung zu konzentrieren. Seit 33 Jahren beschäftigt sie sich mit dem Tarot.
Derzeit arbeitet sie an einem Post Toxic-Society Archetypus.

Stephanie is an artistic researcher based in Berlin. She is the founder of the Paradis Sauvage Institute for Embodied Research (2020). There she explores the humanity between reality and imagination through self and field studies. She uses symbols, archetypes, signs, myth, methaphors, language and body for her research and expression.
Stephanie describes her work as slipping between the lines, where the fine-pored lies, in order to deconstruct the supposedly self-evident.
She studied acting in Berlin and worked in film and television for 20 years, then concentrated solely on her research. She has been working with the Tarot for 33 years.
Currently she is working on a post toxic-society archetype.
